“Tom ensures he brings the best quality workers to the job and ensures they are professional as well. Because he is a smaller shop, Tom can be very flexible with his approach to a project. He does not come in with a cookie-cutter-type approach that he always follows. He explains what he is going to do, takes your input, and agrees on what makes sense, even the materials used for the project. The team kept the job site clean and was barely noticeable while I did my own job working on the phone in my home office. I don’t even think about using the bigger shops. His prices are reasonable and I know I’ll be happy with the final product.”
